Ivo and Taylor Pereira are the visionary husband-and-wife team behind Villa Lux, a premier luxury property rental company. With a proven track record in construction, real estate development, and entrepreneurship, they share a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and redefining the standards of luxury living.
Ivo Pereira, originally from Brazil, is a natural leader in the construction and site development industry. He began his entrepreneurial journey with snow removal services and heavy hauling. As the founder of E Trucking and Services, E Contracting, and Richmark Site Services, he has built a respected career focused on developing high-performing teams and helping businesses grow, succeed, and leave a lasting legacy.
Taylor Pereira, born and raised in New York, brings over a decade of expertise in real estate, encompassing residential sales, development, short-term rentals, and capital raising for multifamily projects. Her corporate background in fleet management and customer service, combined with her role at E Contracting, showcases her ability to streamline operations and drive ambitious goals.
Together, Ivo and Taylor merge their diverse talents and cultural perspectives to make Villa Lux a hallmark of luxury vacation rentals, ensuring every stay is an unforgettable experience.

Why is a Villa Lux property different? Because it does not start as a rental listing. It starts as a piece of land, a construction team and a decision about how people should feel inside the house we are about to build.
How a Villa is born
We select the location before anything else, studying the terrain, the water, the light and the way a family would actually move through the property. Our own construction and development teams then build it from the ground up, controlling quality at every stage instead of buying a finished house and dressing it up.
How each project is planned
Each villa is designed for the way guests use it: gathering spaces that hold everyone, bedrooms that stay private, and outdoor areas that carry the day from morning coffee to late dinners. Decisions are made with the guest experience as the brief, not the resale value.
Architecture
Every floor plan is drawn around the land it sits on — orientation, light and views come first, so the house feels inevitable in its setting.
Integration with nature
Large openings, outdoor living areas and native landscaping keep the surroundings present in every room, from sunrise to the last hour of the day.
